We came in to check out a rug at the Caroline Springs location that we saw online. The plan was to buy one, we ended up buying 3! The range was excellent, amazing quality, all different styles. At great prices too. Will definitely come back if we need more rugs for different areas of the house. On top of the range, the service was just as good. A+ service from Mirhat - great knowledge, very helpful, super friendly. Overall we couldn’t recommend this place highly enough if you’re after rugs for anywhere in the home!

I just bought myself a beautiful rug @ the Caroline Springs store. They have a whole heap of different range of rugs which comes in all various size. Very good quality and good pricing which includes excellent deals. I also dealt with Mirhat Turan and honestly, he was absolutely Awesome to deal with. Extremely helpful and very friendly. Definitely the place to buy Rugs, very friendly, knowledgeable and simply we went with their design suggestions which was an instant hit. Recommend this place highly. While we were there we found that the new stocks arrive pretty regularly, the second time we went had a different collections and design than the previous week we had been there which shows lot of demand from this place

Such wonderful customer service received in the store at Melton couldn't have asked for anything more. Sawyer (after checking if we would like assistance) asked us a few questions as to our requirements then presented us with an option that he felt suited. We fell in love with the hall runner that was presented and probably wouldn't have picked it out by ourselves, so we are very thankful for his assistance. His knowledge and helpfulness was excellent, great product, highly recommended this store.

Went in for 1 rug, came out with 6. I’ll butcher the spelling of his name, but the owner could possibly be the nicest person on earth. I couldn’t decide on the rug so he brought over a dozen to my house, moved my furniture, vacuumed under my couch, and was honestly a delight to have in my house. 5 star service!!

We got the most amazing Turkish lamp from this place. They were amazing and made one for us in the colours we wanted. So helpful and very accommodating for what we wanted. It was easily accessible for disability scooter and easy to move around in the store. Loved the helpfulness of the staff and the empathy they showed us. Super terrific place and perfectly priced. We had been looking for a rug for our new Living Room for a while. We finally had the time to pop into Rug ‘N Roll, and Husseyin kindly greeted us, answered all of our questions, pulled out every single rug we wanted to consider, and helped us land on the perfect one! It was an exceptional experience, and as an interior designer with knowledge of rug sizing, weaves & colours, I was confident in Husseyin’s knowledge in the product & grateful for the education he provided us with. We purchased our beautiful new living room rug today from Huseyin at Rug’nRoll Geelong. I’m a bit of a procrastinator and find it hard to settle on expensive items, but the range of rugs instore was sensational and Huseyin had patience to spare, rolling out all of the options which might suit us.
