Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right rug size?
As a rule, choose a rug large enough for at least the front legs of your furniture to sit on it. For living rooms, 200×290cm is a popular starting point, while larger spaces often suit 240×330cm or 280×380cm
How long does delivery take?
Most metro orders arrive within 3-5 business days, regional within 5-10. Every order ships free, Australia-wide, with tracking from dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Delivery is free Australia-wide on every rug, with no minimum spend. Click & collect is also available from our Victorian showrooms.
Can I order rug samples?
For selected collections we offer swatch samples so you can check colour and texture at home. Contact our team and we will arrange it.
What materials do you use?
Primarily pure wool, alongside jute, cotton and hard-wearing recycled fibres. Each product page lists the full material composition and origin.
How do I clean my rug?
Vacuum regularly without the beater bar, blot spills immediately, and rotate your rug seasonally. Our full care guide covers every fibre we sell.
Can I return a rug?
Yes. We offer 14-day returns. Your first eligible exchange or store-credit return collection is on us; if you would prefer a refund, we will confirm the return collection cost with you before booking.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Selected hand-loomed collections can be made to measure. Ask in store or via live chat and we will quote your exact size.
