At Rug N Roll, we offer free shipping across Australia on all rug orders, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience.
Processing & Dispatch Times
• Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Metro Areas: 7-10 business days
• Regional & Remote Areas: 10-14 business days
• Custom-Sized Rugs: May take longer, depending on production time.
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. If you haven’t received tracking details, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.
Returns & Refund Policy
Easy 14-Day Return Policy
We want you to love your new rug! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
✔ The rug must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
✔ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
✔ Custom-size rugs cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
